“If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved, and never will achieve, its full potential, that word would be meetings.”
― Dave Barry
Since the passed week has been feeling like nothing much else than just that, meetings, meetings, meetings and just for the sake of clarity, I hate meetings since I feel unproductive while in them. Sorry for being silent so long – I’ll try to make some more time to keep you updated both here and the recently “maintenance”-mode’d Geekteq.com
I remember a TEDX-talk about this, that was done by Jason Fried, one of the founders of the project tool Basecamp – I tend to return to it from time to time so remind myself what the bad things about work is. Managers and Meetings is the gist of it. I’m a manager and I do setup meetings – but only when I have to 🙂 You can watch it above – comment if you want to!
