Yep. One of the reasons I’ve hold out on divulging my last weigh-in is due to the fact that we, today, started our first #whole30 paired with a DietBet that starts tomorrow. If you read the link on the #whole30 you’ll see what it’s all about. Clean living for 30 days is the simple explanation. Feel free to join on both the DietBet, in which you need to lose 4% of your bodyweight in 4 weeks, and the #whole30.
I’m almost scared to weigh-in for the DietBet (weigh-in tomorrow) because the last week was a “grub-feast” with more than one cheatday and #champagnecruise – with all that.. pre-cruise I was at a standstill, after that I’ve had not ONE but TWO #cheatdays and been on two cruises across the baltic sea (one for work and one private).
So.. I’m guessing I will have put on at least one (1) kilo by tomorrows weigh-in for the DietBet – I’ll be posting the weight, of course, since it’s on my withings scale (it autopostes). But for TODAY….
status: 93,3 kilos (the same as last week) which the rest of the measurements are also. So a standstill – but that’s pre-extended-cheatdays. So.. I’m happy if I start at 95ish tomorrow 🙂
PS. for any #whole30 people who reads this – yes I know I’m not supposed to weigh in during the #whole30 but I’m going to do that anyway – due to the DietBet.
