Here we are. Time for a statusreport. Sitting here sipping on my BulletProof Coffee since I’m having a ‘fasting’ day pre-cheatmeal 🙂
Earlier this week I was weighing in on a daily basis and getting pissed off that I wasn’t losing any weight. Figured I’d better cut down on weighing myself and get it right. So now I’m weighing in wednesday & saturday. Wednesday so I can get the DietBet weigh-out correct. (not that it would be an issue anyways). Well.. it ‘worked’ not getting pissed and I’m losing both weight and inches but not as fast as I’d like but we’ll see what happens this week.
Status: 95,9 kilo (211 lbs) and -77 cm (-30 in) heading to #90kilos
So.. 0,7 kilos lost and 1,5 centimeters – slow but ‘steady’ I hope.
