And slow it is. Of course, I did step out of line this week and had a “semi”-cheatday on wednesday with way too much beer for one thing.
So.. .4 kilos in total for the week is baad.. although I ‘added’ weight from saturday to wednesday so it’s not to bad in the end after all. What I’ve done is otherwise lose centimeters/inches and a lot of them. From my own history in doing this changes I know that I normally don’t lose inches and weight at the same time.
Now I’m hoping that since the inches has come off the weight will follow during the remaining 12 days of our DietBet. Still need to a lose a kilo+ to get to the finish line. My own finish line is far from reachable at this pace in this run.

Status: 95,5 kilos (210,1 lbs) and -81,5 cm (-31,8 in) heading to #90kilos
So.. 0.4 kilos lost and a whopping 4,5 centimeters in a week. The weight – as I said – not to happy but the lost centimeters was 2 centimeters from my stomache and that’s not the best part of my body so I don’t mind 🙂
Next week – at least 1 kilo lost – so goal for the coming week is 94.5 kilos – and I’ll promise to hit that!
