3,1 kilograms and 7 centimeters lost for the first week. (6,8 lbs and 2,8 inches).
All in all, I’ve found that this diet is by far the easiest I’ve tried and it’s a lot easier to just say to yourself: nevermind that urge, we can take care of it on cheatday.
RIght, the Cheatday.
Cheatday did make me go up about 0.5 kilogram (1.1 lbs) – measured weight friday morning and then monday – it’s was expected and for me it was less than I thought it would be since I wasn’t able to decide myself what to eat during saturday. I did some, but not all, damage control. Normal breakfast (30 grams of protein within 30 mins of waking) and then some airsquats and wallpresses after everytime I ate something.
So, all in all, a good week – this week I’m trying to incorporate the starting version of excercises at the gym. So… gym today, wednesday and friday – with actually having some muscle soreness after doing 240plus airsquats & wallpresses saturday it might be interesting 🙂
