So what is on the menu tonight?
Well since it’s an American theme here goes: Starter: soup on sweet potatoes and som addons Entrée: Texas Chili with all the trimmings Dessert: Frozen Key Lime Cheesecake Sounds good eh? And the sound theme tonight will be blues all the way. Now I have to head into the kitchen and add some more stuff to the chili, its been cooking for about 5 hours now.
Time to get going with some cooking
We’re having friends over for dinner tonight so it’s time to hit the kitchen and start the slowcooking of a texas chili.
Basically it’s Markus Aujalays recipe but we choose to not put in any beans in the mix. Usually comes out perrrrfect. So hopefully it does today too..
